Brighton Chimney Sweeps – Booking Info

We sweep open fires, wood and multi fuel burning stoves and gas fires and also Supply and Fit Wood Burner Rope. We are fully insured, professional, diligent and dedicated to delivering the highest standard of service.

Please Note:

  • If the calendar is full, please call us. We do have cancellations & we will try to fit you in
  • The fireplace and chimney MUST be cold, we can’t replace the wood burner rope if it’s lit or still hot. (sounds obvious but it happens!)
  • On average each appointment takes 45 minutes replace the rope
Brighton Chimney Sweeps – Prices & Discounts

We charge £65 to replace the rope on one Wood Burner and £130 to replace the rope on two Wood Burners.

Brighton Chimney Sweeps – Cancellation Policy
  • If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours notice of the appointment date, we will make no charge as we have time to fill your appointment slot. If you have booked online and therefore you have already paid, we will refund you the full amount minus the card processing fee. We use ‘Stripe’ to take payments by credit or debit card and as with all payment processing companies, they charge a processing fee which is a percentage of the amount paid.
    For example Stripe charges £1.18 to process a payment of £65. They debit your card with £65 and transfer £63.82 to us. If you want the Stripe processing fee to be refunded, you will need to contact Stripe directly.
  • If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment date, we reserve the right to make no refund as we will not have enough time to fill your appointment slot and would therefore lose income through no fault of our own.
  • If we attend an appointment and we are unable to sweep your chimney through no fault of our own, e.g. there is no one present to let us into the property, the wood burner is lit or still hot etc, we reserve the right to charge the full fee as we have attended the appointment as arranged and we have no time to fill your appointment slot.
